Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Developer

Experience: 4 – 15 Years

Locations: Bengaluru / Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune / Kolkata / Bhubaneswar

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to design, implement, and support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk

  • Configure risk assessments, control testing, policy lifecycle, and issue management workflows

  • Customize using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer

  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

  • Ensure data integrity, compliance tracking, and reporting dashboards

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable GRC solutions

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules

  • Strong knowledge of risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory frameworks

  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

  • Experience with workflow automation and Flow Designer

  • Good understanding of ITSM and CMDB concepts

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS–GRC preferred)
