Must-Have :

Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders.

Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions.

Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules as per business requirements.

Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and process flows.

Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.

Configure workflows, business rules, role-based permissions (RBP), MDF objects, and employee data models.
