Job Title: ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM) Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Developer with expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) to design, implement, and optimize asset lifecycle solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and customize ITAM modules (HAM & SAM Pro) on ServiceNow

• Manage asset lifecycle processes including procurement, inventory, deployment, and retirement

• Configure software license management, compliance tracking, and normalization

• Develop solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer

• Integrate ServiceNow with procurement systems, discovery tools, and third-party vendors

• Work with CMDB and Discovery teams to ensure data accuracy and reconciliation

• Build reports and dashboards for asset visibility, compliance, and optimization

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM)

• Good understanding of software licensing models and asset lifecycle management

• Expertise in CMDB, CSDM framework, and data management

• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow platform scripting

• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST APIs

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS–HAM / CIS–SAM preferred)
