TheGetch is a conglomerate company supporting across nine international markets. We are looking for motivated freshers to join our Team as Interns.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and screen the requirements.

• Conduct initial communication and pre-screening.

• Contact through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.

• Coordinate and follow up with throughout the process.

• Maintain databases, trackers, and daily activity reports.

• Understand job and identify matching required skills and experience.

• Develop knowledge of international practices and processes.

• Maintain professional relationships with internal teams.

• Achieve assigned targets.

Eligibility

• Any Bachelor's / Master's degree is mandatory.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates pursuing or recently completed Masters and Bechelors may be considered.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal and networking abilities.

• Willingness to communicate with international candidates.

• Comfortable working with different time zones.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and internet-based recruitment tools.

• Strong willingness to learn and build a career in International Markets.

Mandatory Work Requirements - Hardware

The candidate must have their own reliable laptop or desktop computer in good working condition, capable of supporting recruitment portals, LinkedIn, video calls, spreadsheets, and multiple browser applications.

1. Internet & Power Backup

• Stable, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi connection is mandatory.

• Reliable power backup is required to ensure uninterrupted work and international calls.

1. LinkedIn Profile

• An active and professionally maintained LinkedIn profile is mandatory.

• The profile will be used for professional networking, candidate sourcing, internal alignment, and verification.

1. Work Environment

• Must have access to a quiet, professional, and distraction-free workspace.

• The workspace should be suitable for handling international candidate and client calls.
