About the role

Position: ServiceNow SPM Developer / Consultant

Experience: 4–10 Years

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).

  • Hands-on expertise in:

  • Demand Management

  • Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

  • Resource Management

  • Agile Development / SAFe

  • Investment Funding & Cost Planning

  • Strategic Planning Workspace

  • Experience in ServiceNow platform development:

  • Business Rules

  • Client Scripts

  • Flow Designer

  • Script Includes

  • ACLs

  • Integrations

  • Good understanding of ITSM and CMDB.

  • Experience with Reporting, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics is preferred.

  • Ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement ServiceNow SPM modules.

  • Develop and customize workflows, forms, and automations.

  • Build reports, dashboards, and portfolio insights.

  • Integrate SPM with enterprise applications and ServiceNow modules.

  • Support enhancements, upgrades, and stakeholder requirements.

  • Participate in solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
