Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, implement, and support IT Operations Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration

• Configure and maintain MID Servers, patterns, and probes/sensors

• Build integrations with third-party monitoring tools using REST/SOAP APIs

• Customize platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer

• Perform CMDB data modeling, reconciliation, and data quality improvements

• Troubleshoot and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping performance

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM solutions

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)

• Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM framework, and infrastructure concepts

• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

• Experience with MID Server setup and integrations

• Good understanding of ITSM processes

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS-ITOM preferred)
