Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Experience: 4 – 15 Years

Locations: Bengaluru / Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune / Kolkata / Bhubaneswar

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, develop, and implement HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize HRSD modules including Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Knowledge Management

  • Configure HR workflows, lifecycle events, and integrations

  • Build and enhance catalog items, record producers, and Flow Designer workflows

  • Implement Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs

  • Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

  • Ensure platform performance, security, and best practices adherence

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)

  • Hands-on with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting & platform development

  • Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal

  • Good understanding of ITSM and CMDB concepts

  • Exposure to HR lifecycle events and employee workflows

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / HRSD) preferred
